LPS Pet Sitter and Dog Walker - Job Description
As an LPS Pet Sitter and Dog Walker, you will be responsible for the care of pets while they are in the comfort of their own home. Responsibility includes walking, feeding, playing, medicine administration, litter box cleaning, etc.
You will meet with pet owners to learn the needs of their animals prior to the start of any service. It is imperative that you are punctual and organized. Animal lovers with experience handling different breeds and species are preferred.
This is an independent contractor position. Flexibility is a must.
Requirements

18+ Years old

Background check

Valid driver's license
-
Experience as a Dog Walker, Pet Sitter, or with Animal Handling outside of pet ownership

Must have a reliable car with auto insurance, no ridesharing or public transportation

Must have a cell phone during work hours and internet access as much of the communication is done via email/employee portal

Be able to pass a criminal background check

Must be willing to work, drive, and walk in various weather conditions, including, but not limited to rain, snow, sleet, wind, cold, heat, etc.

Be organized and detail-oriented and able to work independently.
